Food store only - no repackaging or processing food. Hot/cold water supply available for cleaning. Staff washroom - hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels provided for hand washing. Coolers at 4C / 40F or colder (walk in, upright, and display cooler) - good. Small reach in cooler for egg and butter storage - air temperature is above 4C but staff advise that this was just re-stocked. ***Check temperature again in 1 hour. Freezers - good. Temperature records are being kept daily - good. Infant formula and dietary supplements - are before expiry dates. Storage is "first in first out" and is well-organized. Cleaning and pest control - pest monitoring is in place. No obvious signs of pests. Copy of report to be emailed to store manager.
