- Overall sanitation excellent.
- Equipment sanitized with 100ppm chlorine.
- Floors sanitized with QUATS.
- Tanks cleaned with caustic soda prior to use.
- Cooler for samples = 4 degrees Celsius.
- Two chest freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Staff noted to be wearing hair nets.
- No evidence of rodent activity at the time of inspection.
- Pest control comes in weekly.
- Staff washrooms clean and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
