Observation: Hot water supply (on demand) is only 14 C at faucet. Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse is less than 71 C measured inside of the machine (56 C). Test strip did not change colour.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately sanitize all utensils after cleaning using quats (as per manufacturer's specifications) or 100-200ppm chlorine for 2 minutes.

Observation: The hot water supply varies (was 14 C at faucet but now about 30-33 C).
