Follow-up inspection conducted: -200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled bucket for the front area. -Back area not in use for food prep at this time- as walls being constructed for the back storage area. OK. -No pizza slices being sold at this time. Do not sell until approved by the health inspector. Correction Order issued on August 20, 2019 still in effect. Permit to Operate hand delivered at this time. Another follow-up inspection to be conducted once the following is ready: -Warmer is installed -Foodsafe Level 1 certificate (or letter) for operator and staff Please contact the health inspector once the above are ready.
