-2 comp dish sink has been de-clogged and draining properly
-Handsink available at back kitchen
-Sanitizer buckets with 100 ppm chlorine and wiping cloths noted through out facility
-No rotten or spoiled food noted in coolers
-A compliance meeting will be scheduled with the owner to discuss the poor sanitation level of this premise and improve cleaning practices.
