Observation: Glass door cooler registered 11.5 degrees C at the time of inspection. White domestic upright cooler at 12.5 C. Only produce and other non-potentially hazardous items were stored at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the coolers so that the coolers are able to maintain the food items at 4 C or below at all times. Do not store big boxes or containers that may block the air flow in these coolers. (Immediately).

* No entries have been made on the temperature and sanitizer logs. Ensure to monitor and record cooler temperatures, dishwasher final rinse temperature
and chlorine bleach sanitizer concentration on the log sheets.

* Recommended using a commercial grade floor cleaner to clean the kitchen floor. Use the floor cleaner as per manufacturer's instructions.
Double door cooler below 4 C.
Preparation cooler across from the deep fryers < 4 C.
Front preparation cooler below 4 C.
Hot holding of rice > 60 C.
Dishwasher final rinse: 73.4 degrees C at the plate surface. Ensure to hook up the dishwasher to commercial dishwashing detergent.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
