Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on November 15, 2023 regarding Care and Supervision.  
 
All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. 
 
Licensing confirmed that the licensee did not have records onsite for a child.
 
Therefore, a contravention to section 57(1)(a)(b)(c) of Child Care Licensing Regulation (Records and reporting) was determined.    
Substantiated Contraventions: Evidence for this summary report is based on a combination of the Licensing Officer’s observations, a review of facility records and information provided by the facility staff at the time of the investigation.
