Observation: Food debris observed on meat slicer guard. Blade observed to be free of debris.
Correction: Use a flashlight to check the cleaning and a brush to reach hard to reach areas on the slicer as discussed.

Kitchen Manager informed me that a new pressure gauge has been ordered for the dishwasher
Paninni grill has been cleaned.
Underside of counter above food preparation surface cleaned
Ice scoop now stored in holder on side of ice machine
Meat slicer has been cleaned. Ensure staff are aware of how to properly clean the unit.
Front cooler adjacent to the grill as been repaired. Unit cold holding at 4c.
