Observation: Some rodent droppings observed along back wall where freezer and dry storage is located. Note: Dry bulk food stored in rigid containers with fitted lids. No evidence of contamination of food/equipment/utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above-noted area is properly cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and re-clean and sanitize as necessary. Date to be corrected by: Today.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Few small holes observed in drywall (back wall where freezer/dry storage is located, and one in the front area.
Corrective Action(s): Most holes were sealed with steel wool at the time of inspection. Monitor and re-seal as necessary; ensure gaps/holes are sealed in a manner that effectively excludes pests. One hole located near ceiling is to be sealed later today as a ladder is required.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer bottle unlabeled.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer bottle labeled at time of inspection. Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled to identify their contents to prevent accidental misuse, mixing, contamination, etc.

Routine health inspection.
Walk-in cooler at 1 degree C.
Preparation cooler at 3 degrees C (above/below).
Preparation cooler located near walk in cooler has been removed from the premises since the previous routine health inspection, and it has been replaced with a two-door under counter cooler. Under counter cooler measured 3 degrees C.
Freezer at -19 degrees C.
No hot holding.
Thermometers in place for coolers.
Food is covered. Dry bulk food is stored in rigid containers with fitted lids.
Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and sink plugs. Operator was able to prepare a bleach water solution at 200 ppm chlorine in sanitizing compartment at time of inspection.
Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine.
Stored food equipment/utensils in sanitary condition.
Premises is serviced by pest control on a monthly basis.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator on site, certificate valid to August 15, 2026.
