Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizing step was not being done at the 3 compartment sink..
Corrective Action(s): Staff were advised on how to wash, rinse and sanitize items in the 3 compartment sink during the inspection. A 100 ppm bleach solution was prepared.

Comments

-Noted a small amount of droppings in the back storage area. Pest control comes onsite monthly, report reviewed during the inspection. Ensure that the droppings are cleaned with a bleach solution.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Hand sinks in the back were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
