Follow up inspection conducted:
Walk in cooler has been repaired, temperature now at 1.2 deg C. As discussed, staff should be checking the temperature daily to ensure that it is always at 4 deg C or less.
Surface sanitizer bucket in the kitchen had 100 ppm chlorine residual
Liquid soap and paper towels is available at both handsinks.
**as discussed, the brown paper towel roll are not designed for your existing paper towel dispenser. In order to have paper towels that can be properly dispensed, either replace the dispenser unit or get new paper towels that fit properly in the current ones.
Did not observe any food items left out at room temperature during follow up inspection.
