No eating in cake production area. This is for cake preparation for public consumption ONLY. Eat at desk area.

Observation: Cleaning and organizing required throughout.
The cake area was disorganized with newspapers and staff dirty dishes upon arrival of inspector. This area is repeatedly messy.
Dry storage area requires cleaning and organizing.
Downstairs basement requires cleaning and organizing.
Shelves of walk in cooler require cleaning

Observation: Cardboard boxes are being cut down and used to store items in cooler units and throughout facility. Cardboard is not an easily cleanable surface and should NOT be used for storing items in food coolers.
Duct tape is used to hold cooler seal in place. Duct tape is not to be used as a long term solution for cooler seals..
