Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C5YTFF:

- The designated handwashing station in the main kitchen was free of cooking equipment, and made easily accessible.
- Operating Permit is still not posted. Confirmed receipt of new Operating Permit. Please post the Operating Permit in a conspicuous area once it is mailed.
- Surface sanitizer stored near the dish pit, away from the food.
- Food items were mostly covered inside coolers.
- General sanitation has improved.
- Working thermometers inside all coolers. Recommend thermometers inside the freezers.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Recommend the supervisor to be trained in FOODSAFE and obtain a valid certificate.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers, freezers, and hot holding units. Keep records on site for compliance checks during the next routine inspection.
