Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from previous routine inspection:
- No ice available in ice well but the scoop was stored outside of the ice in a separate container
- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and organization.
- No obvious signs of pest activity noted.
- Bellini machine has been removed. Do not return on site unless updated floor plans, food safety and sanitation plans are received.
- Leak in hookah preparation room has been fixed
- All hand wash stations were fully equipped (soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water) and accessible/unobstructed.
