Notes
-handwash sink in front fully stocked (hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels)
-Hi temp dishwasher @ 75.5 deg. C on plate level
-all coolers are <=4 deg. C
-upright freezer @ -18 deg. C
-sanitizer bucket @ 200 ppm chlorine, reusable towels inside in between uses
-cooked ground meat hot held @ 60 deg. C, rice hot held @ 70 deg. C
-meat slicer is satisfactory
-ice machine is satisfactory, ice scoop is cleaned after each use
-general sanitation is satisfactory
-foods are well protected (off the ground/covered)
