General Comments: Coolers are below 4 degC Freezers are below -18 degC Handsink and 2-compartment sink are fully equipped 200ppm bleach available in a spray bottle. KEEP THE BLEACH BOTTLE INDOORS, NOT OUTSIDE. REPLACE BROKEN SPRAY BOTTLE WITH A NEW ONE. Operator is using disposable dishes/cutlery. Once the dishwasher has been installed, contact me for an inspection. Operator's FS level 1 certificate expires April 7, 2024.
