Routine Inspection: - Hand wash station available with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap, and paper towel - 200ppm quats available in spray bottle - Paan station maintained in good condition. Operator stated that the station is cleaned and sanitized every morning and after use - Storage area maintained in a good condition - Washroom had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel - General sanitation of the facility was good - COVID-19 Protocols in place *Recommended to post signage on both sides of the door, as door is sometimes kept open and some signage is not visible* Signature is not required due to COVID-19
