Follow up inspection: -Upright cooler had been re-serviced and it was at or below 4 degrees C (measured at 2.2 to 2.9 degrees C). -Upright cooler was equipped with a thermometer. Ensure to monitor refrigeration temperatures every morning and frequently (every 2 hours) during operation. -Previously affected floor areas had been cleaned and sanitized to remove the rodent droppings. Continue with monitoring for signs of pest activity, the professional pest control program and pest control measures. -3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Two sink plugs were available. Repairs had been made to prevent the dripping water at the faucet. -Ready-to-eat food (e.g. wraps and baklava) was stored on higher shelving units than raw meat inside the walk-in-freezer.
