Sandwich display cooler was noted at 4C during the inspection. No cold potentially hazardous food items were noted over 4C in this cooler.
Thermometer in this sandwich display cooler was noted to be functioning properly.
Did not observe cleaned utensils being stored in a dirty container.
Proper storage of chemicals and food contact items were noted in the chemical storage shelf in the back of house.
All food were stored protected in the back of house cold storage units.

Note: **Repeated violation** A lemon noted sliced in half was stored unprotected in a front reach-in cooler. Food handlers must ensure all food are stored protected in a container equipped with a lid or plastic wrap.
