- retail coolers measured 4C or colder with the exception of one open face cooler (filled only with shelf stable drinks)
- freezers measured -18C or colder
- ensure all foods at stored at least 15cm/6" off the floor
- monitor closely for pests, especially rodents as much of the store is outside the physical building
- upon random audit, no expired foods found

Note: Operator has mentioned a potential raw meat area may be added to the store. This is not currently permitted. Submit any plans to the Burnaby Health Protectio Office.
