Observation: 1. heavy grease build up on range hood baffles; range hood nearest dining room is missing a baffle at time of inspection
2. spilled flour and rice observed behind product storage in boiler room.
Corrective Action(s): 1. clean all and replace missing baffle so range hood can operate as per manufacturer specifications.
2. dry storage area must be cleaned regularly.

Observation: 1 door (glass) cooler measured 10.5°C at time of inspection.
Products inside included olives, cherries, and syrup meant for alcoholic drinks, canned soft drinks and alcohol
Olives, cherries and syrup discarded at time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all perishable products in cooler. Do not use cooler for perishable items.
2. Adjust temperature and monitor unit to ensure it can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.
3. If unit cannot reach/maintain temperatures of 4°C or less, discontinue use and remove unit or contact refrigeration technician to have unit serviced.
