Routine inspection:

2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle. Reminder to dilute 1 tsp of regular unscented bleach to 1 litre of water.
General sanitation is good.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C . Freezer section at -10 degrees C. Operator stated freezer section was being accessed during the lunch rush. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
Single door cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Dry storage room downstairs clean and organized. Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products.
Downstairs freezers -14 to -18 degrees C.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of freezers also.
