304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Abundance of flies noted in the noted dishwashing area as well as where the leakage was in the back storage area. The floor and corner of the wall (bottom) are still wet and the flies are coming back. Suspect the flies are nesting where the leakage was. Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area thoroughly and ensure to completely dry out the area. Remove any food and water source for the flies. More traps need to placed to catch them. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: There are two dishwashing areas, one actively used and one is not. The one that is not being used has stagnant water and food debris on the sinks. Identified numerous flies in the area. Corrective Action(s): Required operator to drain the stagnant water, clean and sanitize the area completely to eliminate any food and water sources from the flies. Follow up inspection for TGIL-CVGUCJ -Leakage has been fixed; however the area is still wet and flies observed on the walls and ceiling -Operator is cooperative and receptive to recommendations -Another follow up inspection will be conducted next week to confirm improvement in the area.
