Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed items on the floor in walk-in cooler; bags of potatos and carrots. All items must be off the floor and stored safely as walk-in cooler at the time was wet. Water and microbes from floor can damage and contaminate foods.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to move the foods off the floor and store them safely on a shelf. Staff moved the items at the time of inspection

Observation: Weather strips on the bottom of back storage door still severely damaged. This issue was pointed in the last routine inspection report. No changes have been made yet. All entry points to the store must be adequately blocked to prevent pests from entering the facility.

All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
No hot holding unit at the time of inspection; no cooking on site.
