308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: - Water leaking from the compressor and evaporator blower sysytem in the walk in cooler. 3 trays and buckets observed to collect leaking water. Corrective Action(s): - Please have it fixed. - No more cakes put on the shelving units underneath or surrounding the leaking area. - Cakes should be properly covered to prevent contamination. Follow up inspection with the presence of the operator. 1. Front display cooler at 1.8C- Excellent! 2. Staff were observed to wash hands after they touched non-food items.----Excellent! 3. General sanitation was much improved. - Can opener cleaned and sanitized with bleach. - Cake packaging cardboard boxes off floor on a containers - No food debris on those hard-to-reach areas. 4. Water leaking from the Condenser and evaporator blower system in the walk in cooler --- Please see violation. Please contact Health Inspector if you have questions.
