Routine check.
Food Safe - in compliance. Copies of certificates available.
Food safety plan - reviewed.
Coolers at <4C/40F. Thermometer appears to be accurate (large 2 door cooler).
No hot holding during inspection.
Hot dogs, when available, are to be reheated to 74C/ 165F.
Hand washing station has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in table top dispenser.
Ice machine is clean. Non-glass scoop.
Quats/alcohol sanitizer in labelled spray bottle - 0ppm quats detected with my test strip. ***Ask supplier for test strip for this sanitizer to verify that it has 200ppm quats as per label.
Chlorine sanitizer can be used. Use 100-200ppm chlorine (1tsp domestic unscented bleach in 1 liter of water) made fresh daily.
Most utensils and glassware are washed and sanitized in commercial dishwasher. Final hot water sanitizing rinse - reached 180F at gauge (and 160F inside of machine) - good
Cleaning - follow a written routine cleaning schedule.
Pest control - monitoring and pest control is carried out by building maintenance.
