Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Temperature and dishwasher records are being kept. The operator has purchased a max hold thermometer for testing the dishwasher.
The operator has a valid FoodSafe equivalent certificate, expiring in 2028.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, ensure that the reports are available for review.
The ventilation hoods were clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
