Corrective Action(s): Ensure back door remains closed until screen door can be installed to prevent pest entry. Operator says owner of building has issues with an additional door installed. Install a screen or keep door closed.

-General sanitation satisfactory

*Note:
--> Prep cooler, display cooler and sauce cooler unplugged during the weekend and plugged back in Monday morning. No food is left in units while units are unplugged. If practice continues ensure units are turned on first thing on Monday morning to give enough time for units to reach <= 4 C. Check cooler temperatures before food is stored in them again for the week.
