Corrective Action(s): Clean throughly to remove all droppings. Sanitize the floor with usinng 1:10 bleach solution. Start monitoring for rodents both inside and outside the concession. Bait boxes recommended on the outside and live traps or snap traps inside. (Immediately). Violation Score: 9

The concession is not in use at this time. *The deep freezer requires defrosting and cleaning. * Ensure to perform thorough cleaning of the cooler including the door railings. Replace the door gaskets if necessary. A temperature log must be provided near the cooler for daily temp monitoring. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
