Routine inspection: Front and back hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink. 200ppm quats available for use in container and labeled spray bottle. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Preparation coolers inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower sections at or below 4 degrees C. Self serve cooler at front at 2-4 degrees C. Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. Peppers, pickles, etc. self serve protected by sneeze guard. Individual tongs available for use. Permit posted in plain view of the public.
