Comments

A follow-up inspection was completed:
- Floor plans received, reviewed and approved. Renovations completed as per approved floor plans.
- Walk-in-freezer had temperature of -23C, thermometer present, and temp recorded daily.
- More dry storage racks installed where walk-in-cooler was removed. All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves.

ACTION:
- There is a gap between the walk-in-freezer and the floor. Fill in this gap so it is easily cleanable and no water/food accumulates in the gap.
- New floor tiles were installed around the existing dry storage shelves. The new floor is higher than the existing floor beneath the existing dry storage shelves. This will create an area that will accumulate debris and water, and make it difficult to clean. If sanitation issues arise due to the uneven floor surface, floor tiles will be required to be installed so the flooring is all the same level in the premises.
