Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fried dough observed stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, store the fried dough inside the cooler and reheat for service when ordered. You may keep 1-2 on display only and must be discarded at the end of the night.

General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
No hot holding was being done at the time of the inspection
Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm bleach sanitizer in it
Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service is due in May.
Operator has a valid FS Level 1 certificate (Expiry in June, 2023).
Bleach sanitizer was available for sanitizing.
Hand sink was fully equipped; washroom sinks were fully equipped.
Several curries observed cooling at room temperature. Temperature of the curries were above 40 degC. Discussed cooling procedures with the operator. No concerns noted. Leave the lids on the curries slightly ajar to facilitate cooling.
Westside pest control Ltd is on a monthly contract. Reviewed the last service report; no concerns noted.
