Handsink was equipped with soap, paper towels, cold/hot running water. -QUAT sanitizer spray bottles were measured at 200ppm -Coolers/freezers were measured at 4°C/ -18°C -No pest activity observed -Chlorine dishwasher was measured at 100ppm. *Ensure the prep coolers when not in use to maintain 4°C or below. *Clean areas under counters to prevent pest and ensure cleanliness.
