- Quat sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Dishes soaking in soapy water in two-compartment sink are rinsed and sanitized after
- Display cooler and prep cooler were measured to be below 4C
- Freezer was measured to be below -18C
- Hot holding units for soup and pastries were above 60C
- Cutting board washed and sanitized throughout the day, usually after each use
- Tongs for self-serve area washed and sanitized at end of day
- General sanitation is good
- Temperature records well maintained
- No signs of pests
