- Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels -Both walk-in and prep coolers were less than 4 C (thermometer present) - Upright freezer was at -15 C - Hot holding cabinet > 60 C - Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3 compartment sink, quats sanitizer are available - Foods properly stored, covered and protected - General sanitation good at the time of inspection - no signs of pests observed -Staff with FS training present Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols.
