302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Upstairs dishwasher had no detectable chlorine residual. Under the sink where the chemical bottles for the dishwasher are stored showed that two rinse aid and one detergent were connected to the machine, no sanitizer. Corrective Action(s): Ensure machine is able to maintain a 50ppm residual at all times. Next event scheduled for this weekend. Repair due before next event. Violation Score: 5
