General sanitation is adequate
200ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle, and 100ppm bleach is available in sani bucket. Cloth stored in bucket - good.
All coolers measured at 4C or colder
Freezers measured -18C or colder
Hot holding (rice, soup) measured above 60C
Handsinks were supplied with soap and paper towels ** Front handsink requires repair, plumber has already been contacted for drain blockage**

Please ensure that only small quantities of food are pre-cooked, and that these foods are cooled quickly to room temperature and then moved to the cooler. Do not store cooked foods at room temperature for extended periods of time.
