**Temp of all coolers and freezers - not checked- laser thermometer malfunctioning
-Dishwasher temp >71 oC at plate
-Ice machine is clean and sanitary - Ice scoop are kept out of machine
- No sign of pests noted at time of visit
-Bleach solution in spray bottle and bucket in front cooking area >100 ppm
** make a bucket for the back prep area too.
- paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink

** Still the up stair storage area is not accessible without risk- keep it clean and just a freezer not other foods storage is allowed up there.
