Ensure staffs are not storing the lab coats inside the washroom. Please review with staffs. Mice infestation have been noted in the pest control reports. General sanitation is satisfactory. Continue with the cleaning and pest control efforts. Temperature of refrigeration unit is satisfactory. Metal detector on the pastry line, for the muffin batter and cookies were tested and were operating correctly. The other lines were not being operated and was unable to check.
