The following items have been corrected: --> Operator has added ice at top compartment to keep potentially hazardous foods cold at 4 deg. C or less. Ensure staff do not overfill inserts and have ice surround the inserts. --> Chef indicated a technician did come yesterday and fixed the line cooler. Temperature is now 3 deg. C --> Test strips are available for monitoring sanitizer concentration. --> Paper towel in dispensers noted & functioning --> Quats sanitizer at dispensing system available at 200 ppm (after pressing it for 5 seconds!) Ensure staff checks concentration regularly. *Closure order rescinded. Facility is given approval to re-open.
