A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 2C; freezer -21C; thermometer present. - Hand/wash sinks had running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. - All foods stored on shelves or pallets, 6" off the floor. - General sanitation is good. - No signs of pests. Recommend installing a door guard or door sweep on the base of the back door as there is a space that could allow pests in. - No expired foods in use or for sale. - All in order.
