Routine inspection conducted.

As per the person incharge, only beverages and prepackaged food products are served.

Findings:
- No food processing or food handling observed at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of undercounter cooler recorded at 0C
- Small freezer at -25C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution was prepared in spray bottle during inspection.
- NSF/ANSI certified domestic dishwasher available with a sanitizing cycle.
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.

Recommendations:
- Please ensure that during facility operation, at least on staff on duty has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or equivalent.
- Have an approved food grade sanitizer on site during operational hours. To prepare 100ppm bleach solution, it is recommended to add 1/2 tea spoon of bleach in 1 Litre of water.
