Food concession at Tsawwassen Springs. Currently closed today. Open for about 7 months of year (April to Oct and on weekends). Permitted to open year round. Menu - sandwiches from main kitchen, hot dogs, muffins, snacks. Hot dogs to be reheated to 74C/ 165F. Coolers - both at 4C or colder and have accurate indicating thermometers. Freezer storage. Clean up sinks (single use utensils for customers) - Two sinks with hot/cold water. ***Handsink - low water pressure - check prior to re-opening. Cleaning - clean prior to re-opening. Pest control - monitor for pests as discussed. Inspection carried out with General Manager. Copy of this report will be emailed to operator.
