Follow up inspection.
-Dishwasher was turned on. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was between 66 to 71C at the plate and was not consistently meeting the sanitizing standard (of 71C or hotter at the plate during the final rinse cycle). Corrective action: Repair the dishwasher so that the dishwasher final rinse temperature is at least 71C at the plate on a consistent basis. In the meanwhile, have staff place dishes through the dishwasher and manually sanitize them into 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer for at least 10 seconds and then air dry them. Only single-service utensils are permitted at this food service establishment.

Conditional health approval to operate was granted given the dishwasher will be repaired to meet the sanitizing standard (71C or hotter at the plate after the final rinse cycle) by September 7, 2018.
