Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer pails for the espresso machine measured 50ppm. Operator informed that the sanitizer pail is replaced every 1 hour.
Corrective action: (Corrected during inspection). Operator replaced QUATs sanitizer at 200ppm from the dispenser. Ensure to monitor the concentration of QUATs sanitizer in pails (in between changes) with available test strips to be at 200ppm.

Routine inspection conducted. Following were observed:

1. Temperatures:
Freezer at -18.1C
Glass cooler #1 at 3.2C
Glass cooler #2 at 4.0C
Display cooler at 4C
Under counter cooler #1 at 2.6C
Under counter cooler #2 at 4.0C
Thermometers present in coolers and freezer

2. Sanitation:
Hand washing station accessible and equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer at 200ppm at the dispenser and sanitizer pail at dishwasher. Test strips for QUATs available.
2 compartment sink with drain plugs available.
High temperature dishwasher measured 74.1C at plate level during rinse cycle.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner.
Premises maintained in a sanitary condition.

3. Storage:
All food stored above ground at least 6 inches.
Food covered in coolers.
Chemicals are stored separate and away from food.
Single-use containers are covered and above ground.

4. Pest activity:
No visual signs of pest activity during inspection.
