Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop being stored inside the ice machine
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the ice scoop is stored outside of the ice machine in a food grade container to prevent any cross contamination from the handle to the ice. Operator moved the ice scoop outside of the machine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray measured > 200 ppm. Spray bottle not labelled properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the chlorine bleach sanitizer solution is mixed to concentration of 100-200 ppm (1 tsp of unscented bleach for 1 L of water). Operator labelled the spray bottle with "diluted bleach" and diluted the sanitizer solution to 200 ppm.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Cooling units at 4C or below
- Freezer units at -18C or below
- Temperature logs available
- All food stored 6 in/15 cm above ground and covered
- 2 compartment sink available with sink plugs
- Final rinse cycle of the high temperature dishwasher reached 77.7C at the plate level
- No signs of pest control observed during the inspection. Ongoing pest control contract, monthly visits, reports are available.
- Permit posted in a visible location
- Foodsafe level 1 certified operator on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
