Observation: Reach in cooler was reading 8.9C for ambient fridge temperature although display gauge showed 2.9-3.4C. Only staff lunch and pop, ketchup etc. inside.
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted temperature onsite. Ensure it is able to maintain food at <4C before use.

Premises is an approved kitchen and shares space with daycare (Treasure Island).

Handwash stations (kitchen and washroom): soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available
Freezer: -16C
Food storage is adequate (pantry next room)
Probe thermometer available to determine food temperature
*reminder to sanitize the probe between checking different foods
Dishwasher (high temp): 73.1C at plate, thermolabel displaced
*please obtain more dish detergent as it is running low
Drain plugs available at two compartment sinks
(will bring more FHA warewashing signs to operator next inspection)
Bleach sanitizer available with labelled spray bottle and mixing tools
*reminder to order more test strips
No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
General sanitation is good
Exhaust hood filters gets cleaned by staff
*hood should be serviced by professional company as discussed to prevent grease fire
