Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Temperature logs available.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
Hot holding for skewers, hot dog, fries, and deep fried chicken products were at least 60C.
Food products in the hot holding case were "expiring" within the allotted shelf-life and was above to be discarded and a new batch of food products were about to be cooked. Ensure food products are maintained above 60C or discarded within 2 hours if stored below 60C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
3-compartment sink satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
General sanitation satisfactory.
