-no hot water available
-no paper towels in dispenser

Operator indicates the hot water faucet is not able to turn off/on. Operator turned on main hot water knob underneath now it does not turn off

NOTE: operator indicates that workers are using the front POS area handsink instead
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handsink immediately.

ALL handsinks must have hot/cold water, paper towels in dispenser and clear for use

The POS area handsink is not practical to use for food workers near the dishpit area

NOTE: you were cited for a handwash deficiency in the last routine, increased enforcement will occur with continued citations
