Routine Inspection:
2 compartment sink available for hand washing supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
High temp dishwasher available for mechanical are washing, temperature at dish surface recorded at 72.6C.
Upright domestic cooler temperature at 4C.
Domestic cooler temperature at 4C, freezer section temperature -18C.
Chlorine sanitizer available, chlorine concentration at 200ppm.
NOTE:
Dilute sanitizer solution to 100ppm chlorine. This can be achieved by add 1 teaspoon of unscented bleach to 1 litre of water.
Hot holding soup on stove above 60C.
Dry storage is organized and items were labeled.
Exterior door was closed. No indications of pest activity

Chest freezer temperature observed at -18C.
Freezer for bread temperature observed at -13C.
